Build a Christian Speaking Ministry That Changes Lives.
Christian Speakers Boot Camp combines live coaching, speech development, business strategy, and biblical encouragement to help Christian women build speaking ministries that glorify God and impact lives.
Apply Now To See If You Qualify The application takes about 3 minutes. If it's a fit, you'll book a call with Robyn's team. You've been faithful in the small rooms.
You're ready for bigger ones.
We'll help you turn the message God has given you into a signature talk, a clear booking strategy, and a speaking ministry that reaches the women He's calling you to serve.
God has given you a message worth sharing. So why aren't you getting booked?
- You teach Bible studies, lead retreats, or share your testimony, and afterward women tell you, "I really needed that today."
- Deep down, you can't shake the feeling that God is calling you to reach more women than the ones currently sitting in front of you.
- But no one ever taught you how to turn that calling into actual speaking invitations, so you keep waiting for the phone to ring or the next opportunity to somehow find you.
- And the longer you wait, the easier it is to wonder, "Maybe I missed my chance." "Who do I think I am?" "Maybe someone else could do this better."
Here's the truth no one tells you:
Being called and getting booked are two different things.
God gives the calling. Learning how to turn that calling into speaking invitations is a skill.
Developing that skill doesn't diminish your calling. It helps you steward it well.
"No one lights a lamp and then puts it under a basket. Instead, a lamp is placed on a stand, where it gives light to everyone in the house."Matthew 5:15, NLT
Christian Speakers Boot Camp

Boot Camp is the coaching program I wish someone had handed me years ago. I knew God was calling me to speak. I just had no idea how to turn that calling into actual speaking invitations.
So I figured it out the hard way. I went to the conferences. Hired the secular coaches. Joined the speaking clubs.
And after years of trial and error, hit-or-miss bookings, and learning lessons the expensive way, I finally built a system that worked.
Now I'm handing that system to you, so you don't have to spend years wondering what to do next.
Inside Boot Camp, you'll work one-on-one with a real coach to shape the message God has already given you into a signature talk that's clear, memorable, and centered on Christ. A talk you're excited to give because you know exactly what you're trying to say and why it matters.
Then we'll help you with everything that comes after the talk: structuring your speaking fees, building relationships with event planners, getting on stage, and turning one speaking invitation into the next.
What we'll build together
One Clear Message
We'll get you clear on the one core message you're known for, instead of trying to speak about everything and being remembered for nothing. Clarity is what makes an event planner say yes.
Your Signature Talk
Working one-on-one with a real coach, you'll turn your story and hard-won wisdom into a Christ-centered signature talk that gets remembered, referred, and invited back.
A Booking Strategy
You'll learn exactly how to find the right events, reach out professionally, and follow up, so you're no longer waiting for the phone to ring. You're creating a steady flow of opportunities.
Confidence With Fees
We'll show you how to talk about your speaking fee without flinching or over-apologizing. Valuing what God has entrusted to you isn't pride. It's stewardship.
Referrals & Repeat Invitations
The quiet engine behind every real speaking ministry: when your message is clear and your process is professional, the people in the room start booking you for the next room.
A Sisterhood Who Gets It
You'll walk this road alongside other Christian women who understand the journey. The women who go the furthest rarely do it alone, and you won't have to.
Boot Camp isn't for everyone
Some of our women have been speaking for twenty years. Some have never stood on a stage in their life. What they share isn't experience or confidence. It's this:
Boot Camp is for you if...
- You're a Christian woman who feels genuinely called to speak, and you can't shake the nudge.
- You're already serving in some way: Bible studies, retreats, small groups, your testimony. And you're sensing there's something more.
- You have a message of what God has done in your life and you want to steward it well.
- You're willing to stop waiting and do the work, even if you don't feel fully ready yet.
- You want a proven path and a real coach, not another notebook full of ideas.
It's probably not for you if...
- You're looking for a shortcut that doesn't involve doing the work.
- You want fame or a platform more than you want to serve the women in the room.
- You'd rather keep collecting ideas than take a real next step.
- You're not open to coaching or feedback on your message and your talk.
They stepped into their calling.
Look what happened.
"Bootcamp works! I just got 2 bookings!" Sandra posted this with the confirmation forms in her hands. The biggest thing she said she learned? How to value herself and what she has to offer.
Sandra Two bookings confirmed after Boot Camp

Jessica typed one word, "Bootcamp," on a post. Less than a month after graduating, she delivered her signature talk to 40 women. One invited her to speak at her church, and a campus pastor scheduled a call.
Jessica From her first talk to her next two doors

Angela had spoken before, but never knew how to turn one opportunity into the next. After Boot Camp: two engagements booked, two podcasts, an interview for a spring event, and a published devotional.

"I hesitated, but I'm so glad I did it. It exceeded any expectations I had." Laronda almost said no, then went for it anyway. The women she went through it with are all friends now.
Laronda Glad she didn't let hesitation decide

Hi, I'm Robyn.
For years, I told people I wanted to be a speaker. And technically, I was speaking. I taught Bible studies. I shared my testimony at luncheons. I led groups and mentored women.
Those things were good. Important, even. But deep down, I knew they weren't what I meant when I said I wanted to speak.
What I really wanted was to stand on stages and tell women that it's never too late for a fresh start with Jesus. So I waited. I waited for God to open doors, for my phone to ring, for invitations to appear.
Then one day, I sensed God asking me a simple question: "What do you want to do?" And when I finally got honest about the answer, everything changed.
Today I've spoken on stages across the country, and I lead a community of more than 12,000 Christian women speakers, authors, and ministry leaders. Christian Speakers Boot Camp is where I hand women the system I spent years piecing together, so their message reaches the women who need it most.
There's a woman out there who needs to hear what only you can say. Let's make sure she does.
Love, Robyn
Frequently asked questions
Yes. Some women join Boot Camp with twenty years of speaking behind them and want to sharpen what they've got. Others have never stood on a stage in their life but can't shake the nudge they keep feeling. What matters isn't your experience. It's your willingness to get off the couch and step onto the stage with excellence.
The entire heart of my message is that it's never too late for a fresh start with Jesus, and I mean it for your speaking ministry too. The wisdom, testimony, and life experience you carry right now are exactly what makes a talk worth hearing. Many of the women thriving in Boot Camp are in the very season you're in.
I wrestled with this for years, and here's what I learned: hiding isn't humility. Jesus said no one lights a lamp and puts it under a basket. The purpose of light is to be seen. Not for the sake of attention, for the sake of impact. Every season you spend hiding is a season someone doesn't hear the message God gave you to carry.
The women inside Boot Camp are not women with wide-open calendars. They're caring for parents, raising kids and grandkids, running households, working, and serving in their churches. What they decided wasn't that life had finally slowed down. They decided this mattered enough to begin in the middle of a full life, because that's the only kind of life any of us actually has. If you can carve out time for the coaching and to work on your talk, you can do Boot Camp.
Yes, Boot Camp happens online, so you can join from anywhere in the country. You'll want a computer and a reliable internet connection, and you'll need to be comfortable with the basics, like joining a video call and checking your email. If you can do those things, you have all the tech skills Boot Camp requires. And if something trips you up along the way, you'll have real people to ask, not a help-desk robot.
The application is short, just a few questions about your experience, your message, and where you feel God is leading you. It takes about 3 minutes. If it looks like a fit, you'll be able to book a call with my team to talk through your goals and whether Boot Camp is the right next step for you. There's no obligation either way.
Then we'll tell you honestly, and we'll point you toward free resources that can serve you in this season, including our community of more than 12,000 Christian women speakers. Boot Camp only works when it's the right fit, and protecting that is part of how we serve you.
You've waited long enough.
A year from now, you could still be wondering where to start. Or you could have a signature talk you're proud of, relationships with event planners, and speaking opportunities already on your calendar.
It all begins with one small step today.
